A variable flux permanent-magnet synchronous motor, a powertrain, and a fan are disclosed, which are applied to the field of motors. The variable flux permanent-magnet synchronous motor includes a stator system, a rotor system, and a variable magnet system. The variable magnet systemis located in the stator systemor the rotor system. The rotor systemincludes a first permanent magnet. The variable magnet systemincludes a second permanent magnetand a heating apparatus. Coercive force of the second permanent magnetis lower than coercive force of the first permanent magnet. The heating apparatusis configured to heat the second permanent magnet, so that the second permanent magnethas variable flux in a magnetic field.
