Provided is a light guide plate which, when used as a light guide plate of a glasses-type device such as a wearable device for AR/MR, is capable of enhancing color reproducibility of an image. A light guide plateincludes a glass plate, and a resin layerformed at a main surface of the glass plate. The difference in Abbe number νd between the glass plateand the resin layeris less than 10. The refractive indices nd of the glass plateand the resin layerare 1.7 or greater and the difference between the refractive indices nd is 1.0 or less.
