Abstract
An aluminum plated steel sheet includes a substrate and a plating layer on the surface of the substrate. The microstructure of the plating layer includes a Mg2Si phase and an AlMgSiFe phase; an average grain diameter of the Mg2Si phase is 0.001-5 μm. This aluminum plated steel sheet can alleviate the problem of melting-induced roller sticking and hydrogen embrittlement risk in a thermoforming process of the aluminum plated steel sheet.
