Abstract
The present application discloses an information configuration method, a data transmission method, and an apparatus, for solving the problem in which a measurement gap blocks data transmission and accordingly increases a transmission delay. An embodiment of the present application includes a network-side apparatus configuring indication information of a priority level of a channel with respect to that of a measurement gap; a terminal receiving the indication information, and performing configuration according to the indication information; and if the measurement gap and the channel for transmitting data overlap, the terminal determining, according to the priority level indicated by the indication information, whether to continue measurement or to transmit data via the channel.
