Abstract
A phased modulated antenna array includes a plurality of antenna units and a circuit. At least one of the antenna units includes a first electrode and a second electrode overlapping the first electrode. The circuit is electrically connected to the second electrode and provides an electrical signal to the second electrode. The second electrode receives a first electrical signal directly and a second electrical signal indirectly.
