Abstract
A fluid flow control system to control the movement of a work element such as a shallow water anchor between a first position and second position wherein the fluid flow control system includes an actuator assembly and pump assembly coupled together by a modular fluid distribution assembly that includes a first fluid flow path and a second fluid flow path to selectively move the work element between the first position and second position.
