Abstract
A distal portion () of an elongated body () is configured to mate with a distal portion () of an interface member () mechanically connected to an embolization device (). The embolization device () is additionally attached to the elongated body (). The elongated body distal portion () and the interface member proximal portion () may collectively define a protrusion and a recess configured to receive the protrusion to provide the mating. The elongated body (), interface member (), and embolization device () may be configured for delivery to a vasculature target site, and manipulation of the deployed embolization device () may be facilitated by the mating between the elongated body () and the interface member ().
