Abstract
A liquid crystal composition and a display panel using the same are provided. The liquid crystal composition includes a first compound represented by formula (I), a second compound represented by formula (II), a third compound represented by formula (III), and a fourth compound represented by formula (IV). Rto Rare independently selected from —H, —F, —Cl, —Br, —I, —CN, —SCN, —NCS, or —SF; or, Rto Rare independently selected from a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1-15 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group having 1-15 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group having 2-15 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyloxy group having 2-15 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkynyl group having 2-15 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted alkynyloxy group having 2-15 carbon atoms, and substituent groups thereof are independently selected from F, Cl, Br, or I.
