Abstract
A compound of formula (I), for use in the treatment of non-traumatic acquired brain injury, in which M represents a NRRgroup, an ORgroup or a SRgroup, A represents a NRRgroup, an ORgroup or a hydrogen atom, Ris a (C-C)alkyl group, a (C-C)cycloalkyl group, an aryl group, a —CH-aryl group, a CH-(C-C)cycloalkyl group or a —CH-heteroaryl group, and its addition salts with pharmaceutically acceptable acids. A compound of formula (I) wherein Ris a (C-C)alkyl group or a (C-C)cycloalkyl group, said alkyl and cycloalkyl group being substituted with one, two or three —OCORgroup(s).
