Abstract

A display device includes a substrate. A circuit layer is disposed on the substrate and including includes a pixel circuit and a sensor circuit. A pixel element layer is disposed on the circuit layer and includes a light emitting element electrically connected to the pixel circuit. A light receiving element is electrically connected to the sensor circuit. A pixel defining layer is disposed on the circuit layer. A partition wall is disposed on the pixel defining layer. The partition wall has a reverse taper shape.
