Abstract
Provided is an imaging apparatus configured to acquire a telephoto image and a wide-angle image at high resolution. An imaging apparatus () includes an imaging optical system () and an imaging device (). The imaging optical system includes a first optical member () including a semi-transmissive reflective surface and a second optical member () including a reflective surface. The imaging device is configured to capture an image formed through the imaging optical system. Multiple images of different focal lengths are formed on a single light receiving surface of the imaging device. The imaging apparatus () may include a controller () configured to acquire an image signal from the imaging device () and separate the multiple images through image processing.
