Abstract
Systems and methods for detecting rolling stops are discussed. A stop sign is first identified in image data at vehicle devices. The image data of the strop sign and movement data for a speed of the vehicle are sent to a management device. The management device can verify presence of the stop sign, and determine whether the vehicle made a complete stop at the stop sign based on the movement data, a threshold speed, and a stop time threshold.
