Abstract

The present disclosure relates to an organic compound. The organic compound has a structure as shown in the following formula (1), where Rand Rare the same as or different from each other, and are each independently substituted or unsubstituted alkyl with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or substituted or unsubstituted phenyl; each Y is the same or different, and independently has a structure as shown in a formula (2); X, X, X, X, and Xare the same or different, and are each independently C(R) or N, and at least one of X, X, X, X, and Xis N; m is selected from 1 or 2; and n is selected from 1 or 2. The organic compound of the present disclosure may be used as a hole blocking layer and/or an electron transport layer of an organic electroluminescent device.
