Abstract

Provided herein are heteroaryl carboxamide compounds which have a DGK ξ (DGKzeta) inhibitory effect. The compounds described herein are useful as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of cancer related to activation of immune cells or cancers resistant to anti-PD-1 antibody/anti-PD-L1 antibody therapy.
