Abstract
A quantum device () includes a plurality of first conductors (), a plurality of second conductors (), and a conductor layer (). The first conductors (), the second conductors (), and the conductor layer () are formed of superconducting materials. An oxide film () is formed between the first conductors () and the second conductors (). A Josephson junction () is formed by a part of one of the plurality of first conductors (), a part of one of the plurality of second conductors (), and the oxide film (). The one first conductor () constituting the Josephson junction () and the conductor layer () are connected to each other directly or through another conductor. The one second conductor () constituting the Josephson junction () and the conductor layer () are connected to each other directly or through another conductor.
