Abstract

The method includes: based on a first bit length and/or a second bit length, determining a first rate matching output sequence length corresponding to first information. The first bit length is determined according in the number of bits of the first information and a code rate corresponding to the first information, and the second bit length is determined according to the number of bits of second information and a code rate corresponding to the second information, and the first information and the second information are transmitted on the same physical channel.
