Abstract
The disclosure relates to a 5th generation (5G) or 6generation (6G) communication system for supporting a higher data rate than that of a beyond-4G communication system such as Long-term evolution (LTE). A method and an apparatus for improving procedures that have high data processing complexity or require a lot of time for data processing in a next-generation mobile communication system are provided.
