Abstract

A display substrate and a display device are provided. The display substrate has a first side for display and a second side, the display substrate includes a first display region and a second display region, the first display region allows light from the first side to be at least partially transmitted to the second side; the first display region includes a plurality of first sub-pixels, each of the first sub-pixels includes a first light-emitting device, the second display region includes a plurality of first pixel circuits, and the first pixel circuits are respectively electrically connected to a plurality of first light-emitting devices; the display region further includes a first light-shielding layer, in a direction perpendicular to a surface of the display substrate, the first light-shielding layer is at least partially overlapped with the second display region, and the first light-shielding layer is not overlapped with the first display region.
