Abstract
An electronic device includes a housing that is at least partially formed of an electrically conductive material. A surface of the conductive material has an oxide film layer including a plurality of cavities. The plurality of cavities are colored in a first color and a second color, and the two colors are mixed when the second color is deposited on the first color. A method of manufacturing the housing includes anodizing the conductive material to form the oxide film layer having the cavities and coloring the cavities with the first and second colors.
