Abstract
A processor acquires a first radiation image and a second radiation image, which are acquired by imaging a subject with radiation having different energy distributions, derives a body thickness of the subject based on at least one of the first radiation image or the second radiation image, specifies a soft region of the subject in the first radiation image and the second radiation image, derives a first attenuation coefficient and a second attenuation coefficient, which correspond to the body thickness in the soft region, for each of the first radiation image and the second radiation image, and derives an attenuation ratio, which is a ratio according to the body thickness between the first attenuation coefficient and the second attenuation coefficient, as an indicator representing a quality of the radiation.
