Abstract
A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes pixel regions (PD) and blank regions (PB), the pixel region (PD) includes first power supply lines () and a second power supply line (), the first power supply lines () are configured to continuously provide high-level signals to a pixel driving circuit, and the second power supply line () is configured to continuously provide low-level signals to a patterned cathode (), each blank region (PB) includes high-voltage power supply connecting lines connected to the first power supply lines () in the adjacent pixel regions (PD) and low-voltage power supply connecting lines connected to the second power supply lines () in the adjacent pixel regions (PD), the first power supply lines () and the high-voltage power supply connecting lines form a high-voltage power supply wiring with a mesh connection structure.
