Abstract
A method for use in a network node (A), such as an AMF, of a wireless network (), for handling capability information of a UE which is communicating with an access node () of the wireless network, the method comprising obtaining () a first capability ID (CapID, CapIDM) identifying a first set of UE capabilities associated with said UE; transmitting (), to a central database (), a request message based on the first capability ID and filter information (FIL) associated with supported capabilities of the said access node (), to obtain UE capabilities for the UE; receiving (), from the central database, a filtered set of capabilities based on the first capability ID and the filter information (FIL); transmitting () the filtered set of capabilities to the access node.
