Abstract

In some implementations, a first wireless device may determine that a leader selection process has been initiated regarding data of a first type for a cluster of wireless devices comprising a plurality of wireless devices in range of wireless communication with one another, including the first wireless device. The first wireless device may, responsive to determining that the leader selection process has been initiated, acquire first data of the first type and may send the first data of the first type to one or more other wireless devices of the cluster. Sending the first data of the first type may be responsive to a determination that the first wireless device has not received any other data of the first type from the one or more other wireless devices of the cluster subsequent to determining that the leader selection process has been initiated.
