Abstract
A method for accelerating inference for compressed videos, the method comprising: extracting () features for a frame comprised in a compressed bit stream; generating () a partition map comprising zero or more partitions; determining () a total area covered by the zero or more partitions; comparing () the total area covered to a threshold; if the total area covered exceeds the threshold, generating () a motion vector map and warping () the feature maps based on the motion vector map.
