Abstract
A display panel includes: a first base substrate; a plurality of scanning lines, which are located on one side of the first base substrate, extend in a first direction and are arranged in a second direction, wherein the first direction intersects with the second direction; a plurality of data lines, which are located on the same side of the first base substrate as the scanning lines, extend in the second direction and are arranged in the first direction; and a plurality of sub-pixels, which are respectively located in regions divided by the plurality of scanning lines and the plurality of data lines, wherein the plurality of sub-pixels constitute a plurality of pixel islands, the plurality of pixel islands are dived into a plurality of control regions, each control region comprises at least one pixel island, and each control region is independently driven to emit light.
