Abstract

A method for controlling a power supply systemof a vehiclethat includes: a first step of permitting or prohibiting, based on a combination of normality and abnormality of the respective energy storage apparatuses, each of the energy storage apparatusesto cut off supply of current such that the current cut-off deviceof at least one of the energy storage apparatuses is brought into an energized state; and a second step of bringing the current cut-off deviceinto a cut-off state when a BMUof the energy storage apparatusthat is permitted to cut off the current detects an abnormality of the energy storage apparatusat a point of time that the cut-off of the supply of current is permitted, or when the BMUdetects an abnormality of the energy storage apparatusafter the cut-off of the supply of current is permitted.
