Abstract

A management method for epidemic detection includes: obtaining a monitoring video captured in real time at an epidemic detection site; in response to monitoring that an update of persons to be sampled occurs, detecting whether a staff person performs a disinfection operation based on a plurality of video frames in a first time period in the monitoring video, the first time period being a time period between a moment when the update of the persons to be sampled is monitored last time and a moment when the update of the persons to be sampled is monitored currently; and in response to detecting that the staff person does not perform the disinfection operation, issuing first warning information.
