Abstract

A book basket for fixed placement on an underside of a seat of a chair is provided. The book basket includes a frame. The frame includes a first stadium-shaped orifice, a second stadium-shaped orifice and a plurality of connectors connecting the first stadium-shaped orifice to the second stadium-shaped orifice. The first stadium-shaped orifice enables insertion and removal of one or more items. The second stadium-shaped orifice includes a blocker to prevent passage therethrough of the one or more items. A first curvature of the first stadium-shaped orifice matches a first curvature of a seat of the chair. A second curvature of the second stadium-shaped orifice matches a second curvature of the seat of the chair.
