Abstract
A terminal device () according to the present disclosure includes a control unit (). The control unit () acquires, from a base station apparatus (), information about a signal waveform for use, of a plurality of signal waveforms including a single carrier signal, the signal waveform for use being used for downlink communication with the base station apparatus (), the information being transmitted by using a predetermined signal waveform of the plurality of signal waveforms. The control unit () performs the downlink communication with the base station apparatus () by using the signal waveform for use, on the basis of the information.
