Abstract
Disclosed is a composite that can include a first layer including a liquid crystal polymer (LCP), and a second layer including an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). An outer surface of the second layer can form at least a portion of an outer surface of the composite, and an inner surface of the second layer opposite to the outer surface of the second layer can abut against the first layer.
