Abstract
A method of instrumentation for a construction plant tire () for measures the temperature inside a rubber compound of the tire. The method comprises a step of identifying areas for installing sensors () each having a microprocessor, radio transmission means, a temperature measuring probe, and power supply means. The sensors () are then inserted in cavities () in the rubber compounds, and the sensors are held in a fixed position while the tire () is running to communicate the measurement results to a remote receiver located in a vehicle.
