Abstract
Apparatuses, systems, and techniques to implement a proactive wireless synchronization system that may identify candidate wireless base stations for proactive synchronization and may cause a wireless device to synchronize with a wireless base station prior to transmission of a base station switch command. At least one embodiment pertains to methods of identifying candidate wireless base stations using one or more neural networks, according to various novel techniques described herein.
