Abstract
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive one or more reference signals via one or more beams. The UE may identify a channel model associated with a transmission path of the one or more reference signals. The UE may transmit a report associated with the one or more reference signals, and the report is based at least in part on a beam refinement gain associated with the channel model.
