Abstract
A planar Balun used in solid-state microwave generator and radio frequency component manufacturing includes an upper coupling line, a lower coupling line and a delay line segment. The upper coupling line comprises two coupling line segments connected in series by the delay line segment. The lengths and widths of the two coupling line segments are unequal to each other. The upper coupling line and the lower coupling line are electromagnetically coupled in an up-and-down arrangement to generate a balanced signal, and the balanced signal realizes the push-pull operation of a power amplifier.
