Abstract

Thespore oil is extracted by means of supercritical CO, eluted with a silica gel column and a mixed solution of petroleum ether-ethyl acetate, concentrated under reduced pressure and vacuum-dried. Thespore oil is highly effective in mitigating cancer-related fatigue, has good safety, and can be used in the preparation of medicaments for treating cancer-related fatigue.
