Abstract
Provided are a control system and a control method which are capable of reducing a monitoring load at a time when operation control for base station systems is executed. An exceptional monitoring module () monitors an operation state of a representative base station system of a plurality of base station systems included in a base station system group associated with an operation tendency of base station systems. An operation control module () executes operation control in accordance with the operation state of the representative base station system, for at least one base station system which includes a base station system different from the representative base station system, and is included in the base station system group.
