Abstract
A terminalincludes a receiving unitthat receives a plurality of pieces of configuration information of transition destination cells from a gNBA by a conditional cell transition in the gNBA in which the terminalresides, and a control unitthat performs a transition to a transition destination cell based on configuration information of the transition destination cell, without receiving a transition command. When the receiving unitreceives modification information indicating whether there is a modification to the configuration information of the transition destination cell, the control unitmodifies the configuration information of the transition destination cell based on the modification information.
