Abstract
A method of implementing a universal no known password (NKP) security solution for authentication is disclosed herein. The method can include receiving an application programming interface (API) call comprising a request for a new NKP account from a computing device of an owner of an application, in response to the request for the new NKP account, generating an account on a directory service associated with the application, generating an authentication credential associated with the account, and pushing the authentication credential to a host or container of a plurality of hosts and containers that corresponds to the authentication credential.
