The scalpel rod assembly includes a scalpel rod, an inner tube, and a support ring; the inner tube is sleeved outside the scalpel rod; the support ring includes a first support body, the first support body is provided on the inner wall of the inner tube, and a first protrusion protrudes from the first support body in a direction away from the inner tube until the first protrusion abuts against the scalpel rod.
