Abstract
The present disclosure relates to methods of making pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine compounds having a structure: via a coupling reaction between an activated pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine and an amine. The disclosed pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine compounds can be useful as TRK inhibitors, as further detailed herein. Also disclosed are compounds useful in preparing pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine compounds and methods of making and using same.
