According to the electrode plate in the embodiments of the present disclosure, on the one hand, because the density of surface charge at the junction of the inner wall of the through hole and the surface of the electrode plate is larger, and the electric field intensity nearby is higher, the electrolysis efficiency can be greatly improved, more active substances such as hydroxyl radicals and active chlorine can be generated, and more microbubbles can also be generated, which can improve the sterilization, cross color prevention and washing effects.
