Abstract
The disclosure is directed to compounds of the Formula (I) or (II): A-L-B, A'-L-B, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, polymorph, prodrug, solvate or clathrate thereof, wherein A is an Aurora A ligand, A′ is a CDK4/6 ligand; B is an E3 ligase ligand; and Lis a linker, as well as pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds, and methods for treating cancer using such compounds.
