The network entity and the UE may communicate, for each transmission occasion in the pre-scheduled burst of transmission occasions, a transport block that is transmitted in a respective transmission occasion and associated with a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier that is based at least in part on a HARQ configuration associated with the scheduling configuration. Numerous other aspects are described.
