Abstract
An air conditioner includes a housing having an air outlet chamber, an air treatment apparatus disposed in the housing, and an air guide mechanism movably disposed in the housing. A vent connecting the air outlet chamber with outside is formed at a sidewall of the air outlet chamber. The air treatment apparatus includes an air treatment unit and has an air inlet. The air guide mechanism is configured to connect an inner cavity of the air treatment unit with outside or isolate the inner cavity of the air treatment unit from outside. When the inner cavity of the air treatment unit is in communication with outside, air entering through the air inlet flows through the air treatment unit and into the air outlet chamber, and then flows out through the vent.
