Abstract
A method performed by a display device including a lenticular lens is provided. The method includes obtaining, by the display device, a target image, identifying, by the display device, a predefined slanted angle of the lenticular lens, identifying, by the display device, in the target image, at least one area including at least one edge having a slanted angle of which similarity to the slanted angle of the lenticular lens is within a preset range, selecting, by the display device, a plurality of sub-pixels of a same row as a first sub-pixel included in the identified at least one area, and allocating, by the display device, a first combination value to an output value of each of the plurality of sub-pixels, the first combination value being obtained by combining values of the plurality of sub-pixels.
