Abstract
A method is provided for managing safety in an industrial environment. The method comprises: (a) detecting an event based on time-series data collected from a wearable device, where the time-series data comprises motion data and/or physiological data about a subject; (b) obtaining location data and time data about the event, where the location data is provided by a real-time locating component; (c) identifying one or more imaging device(s) (camera, LIDAR, etc.) from a plurality of imaging devices based at least in part on the location data and the field of view of each of the plurality of imaging devices; and (d) extracting visual data based at least in part on the time data about the event and a type of the event.
