Abstract
A polarizing plate and an optical display apparatus including the same are provided. A polarizing plate includes: a polarizer; and a protective layer on at least one surface of the polarizer, and the polarizing plate includes a first region and a second region having a lower light transmittance than the first region and has a moisture content of 2.0 g/mor less.
