Abstract
The invention relates to a plunger rod () for a liquid transfer device (), the plunger rod () being of two- or multipart construction. The plunger rod () has a first plunger rod component (), in operative connection with an actuating device () of the liquid transfer device (), and a second plunger rod component (). The plunger rod () comprises a sealing seat () for receiving a sealing element () for the plunger rod (), wherein a parting line () between the first plunger rod component () and the second plunger rod component () is configured so the sealing seat () is free of parting line flash (). The invention includes a method for producing a plunger rod () and a liquid transfer device (), in particular a pipette () and/or a multichannel bottom part () for a pipette (), with such a plunger rod ().
