Abstract

The method comprises: according to first uplink control information and/or second uplink control information, which are/is to be sent, determining a first resource, wherein the first resource is used for transmitting the first uplink control information and the second uplink control information, and the priority of the first uplink control information is different from that of the second uplink control information; and sending, on the first resource, the first uplink control information and the second uplink control information to a network device.
