The present disclosure relates to fused imidazole derivatives, preparation methods and medical use thereof. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to a fused imidazole derivative represented by the general formula (I), the preparation method thereof, and the pharmaceutical composition containing the same, as well as the use as a therapeutic agent, especially as GLP-1 receptor agonists, and the use thereof in the preparation of medicaments for the treatment and/or prevention of diabetes.
